He was a first generation descendent from Advaita Acarya and also a great scholar and was famous by the name of Gosvami Bhattacarya.  He wrote a commentary on the Shrimad Bhagavatam titled Bhagavata Tattvasara. He also wrote Krishna Atattvamrta, Krishna Bhaktirasodaya, Krishna Bhajana, Krama sangraha and Tattvasangraha.
