Shivananda Sena was the father of Kavi Karnapura and a great devotee of Lord Chaitanya. He was the Responsible caretaker of the Gaudiya devotees in their pilgrimage to Jagannath Puri. He paid equal attention even to a stray dog who once joined their journey.
