Bali Mardana

Bali mardana means “The one who punished Bali Maharaja”. It refers to Vamandev. Even Krishna is called as Bali Mardana because He is non-different than Lord Vamana. (mardana means punishment.)

Barhismati

The city of Barhismati, the capital of Svayambhuva Manu, was so called because Lord Vishnu’s hair dropped there from His body when He manifested Himself as Lord Varaha(the Boar Incarnation).

Brahmatirtha

One of the 25 Holy tirthas along the Bank of River Yamuna in Mathura. Lord Brahma did austerities here for 1,000 years. If one bathes here they will go to Vishnuloka.
